Contemporary art in a historic setting with three artists as they showcase different ways of working using collecting and collections as inspiration for their work.

Bexley collegeThis exhibition will provide a platform for students from Bexley College to exhibit their work. The exhibition will showcase a number of students covering a range of disciplines from drawing, painting, sculpture, design, photography and printmaking all exploring still-life.

Adam WeiThe main theme of this exhibition comes from the ‘Yin Yang’ philosophy originating from oriental culture. The work consists of large pieces, with circles being present in almost all the paintings.

Wildlife Paintings by Ian Kent

Ian KentAfter the success of his 2005 exhibition, the award winning wildlife artist Ian Kent, can once again be seen in the Chapel Gallery displaying over 30 new pieces of work. Best known for his photo-realistic approach and use of light, the theme of this exhibition work is very much British Wildlife, particularly British Birds.

Magic of the Lens
Danson and District Amateur Camera Club

A collection of framed photographs from members of the Danson and District Amateur Camera Club displaying a variety of subjects and media to reflect their personal interest in photography.

FREE Workshops based on taking better pictures with mobile cameras following a short visit to the exhibition, looking at composition and the use of natural and artificial light when taking photographs. Booking required.
