Plant Fairs Roadshow

Join a collection of small specialist nurseries for a spring plant fair with a difference!

Find interesting perennial plants, shrubs and grasses and take the opportunity to track down some stunning plants.

Ask the ‘Plant Doctor’ your gardening questions and chat to the growers for expert advice.

10am – 3pm, free entry.

Sandwarriors Family Craft Activities

photo 4 (2)Becoming a sand artist couldn’t be easier!

Sandwarriors combines art with sand using specially designed cards, bookmarks and magnets with vibrant coloured sand to make highly effective pieces of art work.

Sandwarriors will be located in the Education Room in the Hall Place visitor centre.

£2.50 – £3.50 per activity, pay on the day.  No need to book in advance.  Children must be supervised at all times. Suitable for ages 3 yrs and up, with adult help for younger children.

Festival of British Archaeology

Festival of British Archaeology

Nathalie Cohen, a community archaeologist from the Thames Discovery Programme, joins us to talk about the signs and symbols that can be found throughout Hall Place.

Open to everyone, but entry ticket to house required. (Can be purchased on the day) or free for Friends and annual pass holders.
