Join us throughout the year for a series of enthralling lectures followed by atwo-course hot lunch in the Danson tearoom. Afterwards, enjoy a chance to explore the house with a guided tour and indulge in the gift shop. There will be a limited number of tickets for the lecture only (no tour included) at £10 per person.

Returning from a stroll about town, Mr Fitzwilliam Darcy prepares to undress… (Nearly) all will be revealed in this hugely popular presentation about the clothes of a Regency gentleman.  Choice of lunch must be selected at the time of booking.

Order for the day for all Lectures with Lunch:

Arrive at Danson at 11am for coffee, followed at 11.30am by the lecture. Lunch will be served at 1pm, with coffee. At 2.30pm there will be a guided tour of the house. The gift shop, stocked with excellent gifts and books will remain open until 4pm.

A:  Meatballs in tomato sauce, served with buttered mash and seasonal vegetables
B:  Roast pork chop, roast potatoes and vegetables
C:  Stuffed aubergines, served with roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables

D:  Rice pudding
E:  Plum and apple crumble with hot custard
F: Banoffee pie
